Graduates who enter the workforce with a UM Master's degree find high-quality jobs, both within and outside the region, most often related to their education and/or career plans.

International cooperation and development operator

These professions are practiced in a variety of professional contexts:
- public sector (state agencies, local authorities, international organizations);
- private sector (engineering firms, consulting firms, specialized companies);
- non-profit sector (international solidarity organizations, humanitarian aid, development NGOs).
Some of these professions are accessible through contract, while others (in the public sector) require prior admission through a competitive examination. The Master's program does not specifically prepare students for national or international civil service examinations, but the training it provides can be an important resource for career guidance after passing such an examination.
