Master's Year 1

The Master 1 in Political Science is the first year of the Political Science Department’s Master’s specialization program. In this first year, some courses are electives. Students must therefore make choices based on their areas of interest and their career goals for the Master 2 program. As part of the Master’s 2 programs offered by the Department of Political Science at the University of Montpellier, the academic directors of these programs recommend specific tracks to better prepare students for admission to these Master’s programs: the Professional Master’s 2 in Research and Consulting, the Professional Master’s 2 in Journalism, the Professional Master’s 2 in International Cooperation and Development, and the Bilingual Master’s 2 in Comparative Politics and Public Policy.
